Terms of Service

Crackie is an entertainment / stress-relief app. You photograph objects and smash them for fun; anything shown in the app is for amusement only and is not advice.

Smashing is free and unlimited. You earn an in-app currency (“Crumbs”) through play and optional rewarded ads, and can spend it on cosmetic break effects. Optional one-time purchases (the “Golden” ad-removal unlock and Crumbs packs) are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies. Crumbs and effects have no cash value and are not transferable.

You are responsible for the photos you use. Don't use images you don't have the right to use, or that are illegal or infringing. Your photos are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it for harmful purposes, or abuse any sharing features to harass others.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
