Delete your account & data

Crackie is anonymous-first — you can smash away without ever creating an account. You only have an account if you chose to sign in with Google or Apple to back up your progress.
What we store for signed-in users
Only your game progress: your Crumbs balance, the break effects you own, and your streak — linked to a Google/Apple account ID. We never store your photos (they're processed on your device and never leave your phone), contacts, or messages.
How to request deletion
Email hello@crackie.app from any address, with the subject “Delete my Crackie account.” Tell us the account you used (Google or Apple) so we can find your backup.
- We delete your cloud backup (Crumbs, effects, streak) and your authentication record within 30 days.
- Nothing is retained after deletion, except minimal records we're legally required to keep (e.g. purchase receipts held by Apple / Google, not by us).
Delete on your own, instantly
- Stop cloud backup: open Settings → Backup → Sign out. Your account is no longer synced.
- Wipe on-device data: uninstalling Crackie removes all local data (progress, settings, cached images) from your phone.
